12 month FTC - Technical Administrator - Construction Your new role I am currently working with a leading construction company who are looking for a technical administrator to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting in to the compliance manager, the main purpose of your role is to manage the process for the input of subcontractor certificates and subsequent payment. Your duties will include:Managing the process for the input of subcontractor certificates and payment information using CRM tickets to keep business informedKeeping master data up to date for all subcontractors within the businessManaging the input of applications as received and ensuring that all invoice-based applications have the correct backing documentation and are input right first time.Acting as the business expert regarding all processing of information on the Oracle Application and Certificate platform.Maintaining relationships with all stakeholdersWhat you''ll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you will have excellent attention to detail and be able to manage and prioritise a busy workload. It is highly desirable to have administrative experience within the construction industry, and knowledge of commercial contracts would be advantageous.
