About the job We are on the lookout for someone who can strategically lead and inspire teams to amplify student voice and advocacy across LSE. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive impactful service delivery in representation, advice, and policy while ensuring legal compliance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be skilled in resource management, stakeholder engagement, and supporting elected officers to create positive change. They will also excel in fostering student communities, managing budgets, as well as continually adhering to our organisational strategy, helping to enhance the student experience. You will lead the Advice, Policy, and Representation teams to enable effective student voice and advocacy across the whole of LSE. Your key role is: To provide strategic leadership by driving quality across the teams, increasing impact, and maximising deployment of resources to improve the experience for students at LSE. To be responsible for the department'' s operational planning, and involvement in delivering the Union '' s strategic aims.
