AUDIT SENIOR - Accountancy PracticeWe are currently working with one of Yorkshires premier accountancy practices in their search for an Audit Senior to join there expanding Business services team.The successful candidate will be a senior member of the team who will be responsible for conducting audits for limited company clients across a wide range of industries. Experience of charity / academy school audits would also be useful but not essential.The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:Undertaking audits of financial statementsTraining and supervision of junior team membersAttending meetings with clients to discuss audit mattersPreparation and production of accounts and tax computations from clients'' recordsUndertaking special assignmentsHelping to develop the business of the practiceThe requirements of an ideal candidate are:Good numeracy and literacy skillsGood timekeeping and an ability to meet deadlinesAbility to work well within a teamMinimum 5 years auditing experienceGood communication skillsEnergetic and self-motivatedQualifications required include:GCSE Maths and English (Grade C above)Basic computer skills in Word and Excel Eligibility to work in the ..... full job details .....
