Experienced Service Advisor required! Are you an experienced service advisor within the automotive industry? - Well known franchise for higher end cars (a leading brand) - Based in Woolwich (Easy access from Woolwich / Plumstead / Woolwich Arsenal stations + the Thames Clipper!) - Must have relevant industry experience - To 31,500 basic (OTE to 53K) - 8am to 6pm (Mon to Fri) + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings - Great benefits package - A guaranteed bonus for the first 3 months may be considered for the right person (the client has acknowledged it may take 3-6 months to get up to speed and achieving bonus) - 50K OTE is considered perfectly achievable with this figure being the norm in the business for service advisors. You will be a "top performer" to achieve the 53K The OTE is made up of a number of factors: NPS (Department customer satisfaction score) / Retail Recovery Rate / Labour Sales. Monthly and quarterly bonus scheme As a Service Advisor, you will be the main contact for the customer from initial meeting to finalising the invoice on completion and handing the vehicle back to the customer. You will be responsible for consulting with the customer the work to be undertaken on their vehicle and keeping them informed of the progress and professionally resolving any issues that may arise, managing customer and business expectations.
