Job Introduction We re seeking a dedicated professional to manage a diverse portfolio of 117 corporate properties. As Maintenance Manager, you ll ensure the properties are compliant with health and safety standards, as well as responding to urgent issues, managing contracts effectively, and proactively planning to maintain the conditions of assets. Interviews will be held the first two weeks of December. Main Responsibility Ability to utilise technical knowledge and analyse data, multitasking. A key eye for detail and thorough knowledge of relative statutory legislation to support compliance. Ability to communicate effectively via multiple medias including technical report delivery. Use of CAFM software/ systems Ability to create tender specifications to support a full procurement practice including evaluations and delivery of contract award. Sound financial management of contract and reactive maintenance schedules. The Ideal Candidate A relevant general buildings maintenance / engineering qualification in line with HNC and City and Guilds and/or relevant equivalent experience and Certificate in Construction, Design and Maintenance or a minimum of five years in a built environment role. Extensive experience of building and occupier Health and Safety Regulations and evidence of identification of issues and remedial actions and demonstrable up to date comprehensive knowledge of the Construction, Design and Management Regulations 2015.
