We are looking for an Area Sales Manager with experience of selling windows, doors and curtain walling into Construction Contractors, Consultants and Local Authorities The Area Sales Manager will be based in the field , from home and the company HQ near High Wycombe 1 day a week. The Area Sales Manager will be selling the full range of solutions to Principal contractors, main contractors, consultants, and Local Authorities predominately across the Midlands and South England including London. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for developing revenues within existing clients whilst also identifying , targeting and winning new clients. Solutions are usually sold on a project-by-project basis with order values ranging from 50k to 4 million. Typically, you will be selling at Construction Director, Senior Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Installation Manager, Site Manager, Procurement Director ,Project Buyer , Estimator and Technical Manager level . The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a consultative sales approach and must have a track record of selling fenestration products into construction contractors.
