The Software Manager will lead and nurture a team of Software Engineers. The company are a looking for a visionary leader who can inspire their team to expand their skills, collaborate with colleagues to develop cutting-edge, world-class products, and provide exceptional support to the companies valued customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and drive the software strategy. Recommend new tools and techniques to continue improving product quality and the development process. Identify opportunities to improve systems and procedures that will keep the company and the software engineering department at the forefront of technology. Scope and specify the developments and projects needed to meet these strategic goals. Management for a team of software engineers, including reviews in accordance with company policies and providing guidance and technical support. Organise all software resources to develop solutions on time, cost and quality, including capacity planning for the team. Manage and present key performance indicators for your team and present them to engineering management monthly. Work closely with the Engineering management team to proactively develop customer relationships. Ensure engineers collaborate with other parts of the engineering team and business.
