Key Responsibilities Team Leadership and Development Lead, manage, and develop a team of finance professionals. Provide mentoring, coaching, and ongoing support to enhance team performance and growth. Payroll Management Prepare payroll for processing by the external payroll provider. Financial Accounts and Processes Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes. Prepare and deliver financial accounts and reports. Audit Management Establish and monitor internal audit processes, including team training. Collate and manage information for external audits, liaising with auditors throughout the process.
