Legal Services Manager Based in Farringdon Monday to FridayPerson Specification, Skills and Qualifications What you''ll have:Qualified solicitor, barrister or Chartered Legal ExecutiveA passion for excellence in the focus area (ASB matters)A commitment to excellent service delivery, and driving improvements in service delivery in your focus area. Experience of housing management related litigation and other contentious property and civil litigation, ideally in the Social Housing sector.Experience in drafting documents.An understanding of the legal and regulatory environment and processes.IT Skills, including the ability to self-sufficiently operate Microsoft Office suite and Outlook softwareDesirable: Experience in managing other lawyers.Experience of providing training to other lawyers and clients on housing management, landlord and tenant law and other contentious litigation matters.Experience of developing and implementing processes, procedures templates within housing management, landlord and tenant and other litigation casework.An understanding of cultural change management within a complex environment.You''ll be based in Farringdon with the option for working in a hybrid way when appropriate and as agreed with your manager.
