Job Description: We are currently recruiting for Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our agency workforce across East of England. As an agency worker, you will provide essential care and support to patients within various healthcare settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and residential care facilities. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with the personal care of patients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting. • Support patients with mobility, transferring them safely using appropriate equipment. • Monitor and record patients vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. • Assist in the feeding and hydration of patients, ensuring that dietary needs are met. • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients. • Help with the administration of medication, where appropriate, under the guidance of medical staff. • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to health and safety standards. • Follow care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure the best possible care for patients.
