Business Development Manager As a Business Development Manager, you are responsible for proactively targeting large organisations to propose and present our LandD solutions. From virtual meetings to presentations, through to account retention and growth, the role is super varied and requires a high level of adaptability and professionalism. We work at a senior level with our clients, so your ability to present and work at board level is essential. As a Business Development Manager, you will: Be passionate about learning and development and the value of apprenticeships Have experience and competence in B2B Sales or Account Management Present a professional, credible, and knowledgeable approach.
