The role will see you working collaboratively with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and speech and language therapists to provide holistic care. You ll empower your team to help residents address cognitive, behavioural, physical, and emotional challenges, ultimately enabling them to achieve important milestones, such as regaining the ability to walk, talk, or re-learn daily skills.As Service Manager, you ll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and treatment.
