Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer, will be responsible for: Conducting routine PPM, Reactive and Emergency tasks. Diagnose and repair faults on HVAC systems and appliances. Undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements in line with contractual obligations. Answering queries, overseeing planned PPM/compliance works and keeping the client informed of site activities. You will be assisting contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations. Complete all relevant documentation accurately and timely. To be successful for this Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer role you must have: NVQ / City and Guilds Level 2 or Equivalent HVAC / AC qualification(s) F-Gas/ODS Regulations certification A good understanding of Health and Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance Full UK Driving Licence It is essential you can carry tools and equipment ..... full job details .....
