Estate Agent Senior Negotiator / Lister Do you want to work for the clear market leading Estate Agents who are currently listing 30 to 40 properties per month on to the market and selling on average 25 per month with an existing sales pipeline of over £300,000? You will receive an initial 4 month salary guarantee of £2,850 per month whilst you build your sales pipeline (commission) so during this period you cannot earn less than this! Thereafter, you will be offered a basic salary of £15,800 (please note working in a sales role where you receive commission it is impossible to ever just earn your basic salary) with realistic on target earnings of £50,000.
