Duties will include: Sorting and filing account management information Assisting with production of monthly accounts packs Answering telephone calls and directing calls to the correct staff member Filing and posting invoices Answering supplier queries Setting up payments to HMRC and suppliers General administration duties as needed The company do not need any previous experience and can consider a recent school or college leaver.
