Accountant/Finance Business Partner - Ross-On-Wye, Herefordshire - 12 Months Fixed Term - Hays Accountancy Your new company Hays Accountancy and Finance are partnering with a successful and leading Agricultural/Farming Group to recruit a dynamic and hands-on Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in their Ross-On-Wye, Herefordshire office. You will report directly to the Financial Controller, taking a lead on all aspects of accounting including reporting, cash flow forecasting, budgeting and analysis. A varied accounting role where you can really add value, open to finance professionals who are part-qualified/qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or qualified by experience. Your new roleYour key duties will involve maintaining accurate financial records throughout the year, maximising company cashflow and providing a high level of service provision to various internal and external stakeholders. Production of clear monthly reports based on financial year with insightful commentary on variance analysis compared to budget. Report on both the cashflow and profitability basis of various entities within the group, review current financial processes, systems and controls and make suggestions for improvements and efficiencies. Perform financial analysis to help manage the business and to aid key business decisions, manage costs throughout the year, and work with other accountants within the team to proactively strive for best practice.
