Key Responsibilities: Managing a diverse range of planning projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and strategic development advice. Liaising with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Supporting senior management with complex and high-profile projects. Keeping up to date with relevant planning policies and regulations. Requirements: 3-5 years of professional experience in town planning, preferably within the private sector. Proven track record of managing planning applications and appeals. Excellent knowledge of the UK planning system and regulations. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders. RTPI membership or working towards chartership is desirable.
