This permanent role focuses on Systems Engineering within the Defence industry, ensuring the design and lifecycle management of critical products.Key Responsibilities:Capture agreed technical requirements in accordance with company and programme processesDeliver compliant technical solutions against contractual requirements and regulationsProvide engineering Lifecycle Management (LCM) adherence for all deliverables, Subcontract Design Reviews, and relevant input to project LCM activitiesDeliver design change requirements and documentation in accordance with company processesProvide specialist technical input, review and support into projects beyond the immediate scopeLeverage systems experience and knowledge in both the tactical and strategic development of engineers and supporting functionsProvide technical support to integrated performance and acceptance activitiesWork with various engineering teams to improve domain knowledge and guide junior membersJob Requirements:Essential:STEM Degree or equivalent qualification and experience within an engineering backgroundExperience in Systems Engineering, including tools such as IBM DOORS and extensive experience with Enterprise ArchitectExperience in leading small teamsExperience in the relevant industryKnowledge and expertise in Systems Engineering processes and practices, including V model-based experienceDesirable:Obtained or capable of obtaining relevant Professional Registration (CEng)Benefits:Competitive salaryProfessional ..... full job details .....
