This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Solicitor to play a key role in managing and advising on IT/technology and procurement contracts.Key Responsibilities:Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal advice and support with commercial agreements to include IT, Tech and AI contracts, public sector contracts, including procurement and data protection.Contract Management: Lead the review, negotiation, and drafting of various commercial agreements.Change Management: Running and implementing change management strategies to support response in other areas of the company, driven by change in legislation.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and effectively managing their expectations.Workload Management: Prioritise and manage a diverse workload, demonstrating the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Candidate Specification:Qualification: UK-qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 6 year''s post-qualification ..... full job details .....
