Are you an experienced and ambitious Accounts Payable professional seeking a new opportunity within a global organisation? We have partnered with a highly successful, international business based on the Essex/Herts border who are seeking to recruit an Accounts Payable Clerk on a fixed term contract. (This could turn into a permanent role for the right person). You will be reporting into the Group Accounts Payable Manager carrying out a wide range of responsibilities including multi-currency payments, high volume invoice processing, supplier statement reconciliations, month-end reports etc. As well as hybrid working, they also offer flexi time, study support, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, private healthcare, 10% bonus and access to discount portals. Responsibilities: Maintaining good supplier records and updating payment terms. Supplier statement reconciliations. High volume invoice processing across various currencies. Reconciling foreign currency supplier accounts. Regularly running Accounts Payable reports, raising issues where necessary. Resolving internal and external queries relating to purchase ledger. Requirements: Previous experience within Accounts Payable. Multi-currency payments exposure (ideally) Excellent communication and organisational skills. Intermediate Excel skills.
