Our client is a well-established leading firm of solicitors based in Sheffield. They are a forward-thinking organisation and one of the leading law firms in South Yorkshire well known for delivering excellent levels of client care. They are now looking for a Senior Private Client Solicitor with substantial PQE and a comprehensive knowledge of all Wills, Trusts, and Probate matters to join their Private Client department and work alongside the Head of Department and Operations Manager on a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to: Advising and supporting clients on estate planning matters, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection, Estate and Trust administration Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trust deeds and documents Dealing with high net worth clients, trusts and estates Preparing and filing tax returns, including annual trust tax returns Who are they looking for You will be motivated, driven and client focused and be able to demonstrate: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Outlook Excellent communication and client care skills Strong drafting and presentation skills Clear verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Able to work with minimal supervision, take responsibility, and display initiative Commitment to professional development STEP ..... full job details .....
