The successful candidate will provide crucial administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the team and delivering excellent client care. Key Responsibilities: - Perform general administrative duties associated with residential conveyancing. - Gather information and update the Case Management System. - Maintain up-to-date filing. - Meet clients in person and handle telephone calls and messages for the firm. - Ensure confidentiality of all client information. - Manage tasks such as franking letters, receiving, making, and redirecting telephone calls, and populating spreadsheets. - Maintain high standards of client care. - Perform typing and other general administrative duties as required throughout the firm. - Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach towards changing business needs. - Uphold a smart appearance and polite demeanor at all times. - Handle enquiries from clients and perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and faxing.
