We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with an 80/20 electrical-mechanical bias to join our clients dedicated engineering team. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving high-speed production machinery Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and rapid fault-finding on both electrical and mechanical systems. Work on a variety of machinery, including conveyors, motors, gearboxes, sensors, inverters, pneumatics, servo drives, control panels, pumps, compressors, bearings, and shafts. Conduct PLC fault-finding and diagnostics. Service, test, and repair all site services and facilities equipment. Participate in continuous improvement projects, new equipment installations, and modifications. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality policies. Manage the inventory of electrical spare parts and components. Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers for maintenance and spare parts. Perform monthly lighting and site electrical checks. Skills and Experience Required: Experience in electrical engineering with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
